BizOS wasn't dreamed up in a lab. It was built inside HyperTech Global Technologies, our own EdTech company in Gurugram — because we needed one dashboard to run everything, and nothing out there fit a business like ours.
HyperTech Global Technologies started as an EdTech company in Gurugram, training students in Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Science, AI/ML, Full Stack, and Cybersecurity under the AI Skills Lab brand. Nothing fancy — just a team trying to teach people real, job-ready skills.
But as our batches grew, so did the chaos. Trainers in different domains, counselors handling admissions, staff attendance, student onboarding, document verification, performance tracking — all of it was scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and people's memory. We were running a real company and we couldn't see it clearly.
So instead of buying an expensive, generic enterprise tool that didn't understand how we actually worked, we built our own dashboard — one place to see our people, our operations, and our numbers. That internal tool is what eventually became BizOS. We still run our own company on it, every day, which is exactly why it's built to handle the mess of a real, growing business — not just a slide-deck version of one.
These aren't poster-on-the-wall values. They came from actually running a company on this platform, long before we ever sold it to anyone else.

We packaged what we had built into proper SFA and HRMS modules — attendance, sales tracking, performance analytics, and admin controls — so any growing business could set it up in days, not months.
BizOS started onboarding businesses well outside EdTech, while AI Skills Lab kept using it every single day as our own proving ground.
